five storey atrium office building with two levels of basement car park.

 
Canada Street Development, Waterford

The development comprises a 7 storey office, with 76 apartments over ground floor level car park. The development features an atrium within the office block.

Size: 7,750 sq m (offices) + 76 apartments.

Description: The development comprises a 7 storey office, with 76 apartments over ground floor level car park. The development features an atrium within the office block.

 
Extension to Carlow Institute of Technology

Extension to Carlow Institute of TechnologyThe extension encompasses 6,000 sq m over three floors with 1,200 learning stations. The interiors are large airy, free-flowing spaces with the incorporation of an atrium in the extension awash with daylight which streams through a combination of window walls, skylights and clerestory windows. The development involved the solution to the common atrium building problem and designing a smoke control system adequate to protect the means of escape from the atrium.

 

 
Clarion Hotel

The project included the refurbishment of a listed hospital building into a hotel and the construction of an extension to be

used as a conference / leisure centre and an executive suite wing. The hotel is a four-storey building and it contains

76 bedrooms and 91 suites, a bar, a conference centre and a leisure centre with an indoor pool.

The total floor area of the finished building is in excess of 24,000 sqm.
